This time, the automaker has improved upon its most recent edition with new aesthetics, design, and functionality. But unlike the diesel version of its predecessor, it only has a petrol drivetrain. 
 The second-generation Audi Q7 is a significant aesthetic change from the first, bulky Q7. It is clean-cut and athletic. This Gen 2 model's redesign has restored some of the original Q7's aesthetic drama. The basic high-riding wagon-like design of the 5 m long Q7 has not changed, and the side styling alterations are also minimal.
