Few scenes are deeply disturbing to see. Undoubtedly the
depiction of the lifeless Kashmir has been shown brilliantly in
the drone shots of the movie which only adds to the dreadful
experience shared by many who faced it which perhaps could
have been avoided with a better administration at that time.
The all star cast in bonus is phenomenal in their respective
roles with some amazing performances by Darshan Kumar and
Anupam Kher who are believable in every scene.
This movie will leave you with teary eyes for sure but at the
same time I believe it’s a bit exaggerated too. The film actually
comes across as biased as it would have been more satisfying
and appropriate to know the cause and situation of Kashmiri
muslims and sikhs during that period of time. The movie is
definitely worth a watch but also needs to be researched before
you make up your mind as it will leave you with a shaking
conscience and many questions on the table to ponder.
